Purchase Exams

(must be purchased 4 weeks prior to the testing date)

There are 2 ways to make a payment for your computer-based testing (CBT) exams:

1. Purchase exams in the IBSC Store. After payment is received for the exams, you will receive a candidate spreadsheet that needs to be completed and returned to the IBSC office. Each candidate listed on the spreadsheet will then receive an email with instructions for setting up an online account and applying for their exam using a unique voucher number. Once registration is submitted and the candidate application has been approved, the candidate will receive a scheduling email within 24 business hours.

2. If you would like to be INVOICED, fill out and submit an Exam Purchase Order. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you, which can be paid directly from the invoice link. You will also need to fill out and submit a Candidate Spreadsheet. Once the invoice payment has been received, each candidate listed on the spreadsheet will then receive an email with instructions for setting up an online account and applying for their exam using a unique voucher number. Once registration is submitted and the candidate application has been approved, the candidate will receive a scheduling email within 24 business hours.

Purchase Recertifications

(must be purchased 60 days prior to expiration for recertifications)

There are 2 ways to make a payment for your Recertification:

1. Purchase your recertification By CE or By Exam through the IBSC Store. Once the payment has been received, each candidate listed on the spreadsheet will then receive an email with instructions on how to submit their recertification using a unique voucher number. The candidate will receive an email notification once their recertification has been completed and updated in their account.

2. If you would like to be INVOICED, fill out and submit a Recertification Purchase Order. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you, which can be paid directly from the invoice link. You will also need to fill out and submit a Candidate Spreadsheet.
